Tottenham in talks to sign the midfielder from Bayern Munich Joao Palhinha

Tottenham is in talks with Bayern Munich concerning a potential loan agreement for midfielder Joao Palhinha, according to reports.

The 30 -year -old moved to the Bundesliga champions last summer in Fulham in a transfer of 50 million euros, but suffered a first season disrupted in Germany, managing only six league departures.

Spurs had previously expressed his interest in the international of Portugal before Thomas Frank was appointed new head coach.

We also think that Palhinha would like to go to Spurs to get more minutes to his credit and stay in a team from the Champions League.

Palhinha signed a four -year contract by joining Bayern and described this decision at the time as “one of the happiest days of my life” and “a dream come true to play for one of the best teams”.
