Wander behind the scenes in the tapings of The Voice AustraliaBlind Auditions and you will testify many pre show jitters, mixed with a healthy dose of passion from the budding participants to prove herself – and their talent – to the panel of Coaches.

And this year there will be one coach with her hand seated on their major red buzzer who remembers those feelings all too well.

In fact, in March 1994, Melanie “Mel C” Chisholm Was the one audition for their own shot on Fame, not knowing that the journey ahead that would see her, her one fifth of the girl group of all time.

A little more than three decades and 100 million records, 'sporty spice' cannot help, but reflect back on the “magic of that time 'when they have come to audition The Voice Australia.

“I know myself and the other spice girls – when we talked about the start and meet our first song and let go of us, it held the special place in our hearts,” Mel Cselles WSO If we sit to talk ahead of the new season premiere.

“What I enjoy more than everything is the mentoring side of things,” she recognizes.

“The parts of the show where you really need to talk yourself, I'm not as comfortable with it. But I think, and it is like, 'Wow, I have in the Studio, on stage, working with other artists.' I realize that I have a lot of advice. And I have learned a lot about the years of all different things I have done. “

He sang has looked after return coach Kate for guidance and admits that she is “a little bit in fear” from Richard. What Ronan is concerned?

“I really have been imprint with Ronan, actually, because because I sometimes know it and I sometimes refer as my annoying little brother, but he is brilliant on the show,” she is part. “It's really interesting to see how everyone plays the game. We are all very different, what is right.”
