Fa partner with lionesses to celebrate basic football with a short film

The FA has marked the start of the basic football season with a new animated short film that highlights the little -known heroes who distance the game from the spotlight.
Rather than focusing on elite football, the film follows four familiar basic characters – The organizer (Sandra), The ringtone (Notch), Coach parent (Rashida), and The land guard (Greg) – showing them to exchange their daily grinds for chaos and the charm of the day.
Carefully maintained locations with last -minute nerve penalties, he captures humor, stress and joy that only basic football can provide.
The film also falls into a few came up surprises. Lionesses and the Newcastle Jordan Nobbs midfielder appear to present his skills to a group of young people with a wide -eyed eyes, while the Hashtag United star and the football creator PK Humble launched his dance celebration signing after obtaining a goal.
Things end with the four basic characters aligned on their own lawn plates, accompanied by a sincere message thanking the volunteers, parents and players who keep local football alive.
Jordan Nobbs said: “Being part of this film reminds me of my own trip – starting in the basic clubs where I learned the fundamental principles of the game. This is what it is: Create spaces where anyone, whatever his situation, can fall in love with football and feel part of a team.”
James Kendall, Director of Football Development of FA, added: “The magic of basic football comes from people who are part of it – volunteers, clerks, coaches and players. This film testifies to the tireless efforts of clubs and volunteers across the country while we are marking the start of season 25/26. ”
