Snowbowl Debuts Fine Dining Elevated on the Arizona Gondola
Snowbowl plans to host extra Gondola Dinners, pairing sunstretches on 11,500 feet with increased kitchen.
Arizona Snowbowl unveile in one-of-or-a-child Ining Sunday, August 24, with the shift your viewpoint Dinner. The event was the first time Snowbow service provided on board Arizona Gondola. Houses were furnished with specially designed tables, transform any vehicle in a alpine restaurant in the sky.
The menu is made in collaboration with the upcoming Shift kitchen of flag and oeno wine lounge; The dinner paired a five-course tear menu with Curated Wine Selections. SFS of Shift prepared any course at the place, marks seasons ingredients and regional flavors.

- Four: Campfire-roasted Bison with place vegetables and accompanying. Caired with Los Milics Renato's Red 2022.
- Course five: Scotchmallow Tart with honey marshmallow, caramel and nut bros. Paired with Graham's six grape reservehaven.
