In the heart of New York City, where cultures meets and communities increase in spite of systemic barriers, the LA FAMBILIA PROJECT (LFP) makes waves – not fanfare, but with impact. Rooted in the Felief That Seffen Sinner, and LFP, LFP, LFP Wijden a Gersachers, and LGBBT Adults, and Seniors of Seniors of Mainting Nyc Words.
Thanks to the support of the support of the Adidas Community Lab-initiative, has extended LFP, and influence the influence – safe, built-nuts to create identity and movement. La Famnia Project's Jour started with someone, powerful question: What if every young person had access to a safe space for both physical and emotional expression?
“The biggest inspiration came out, how few quality & consistent physical health programs are available for inner youth and their families,” Javana Mundy Quesada, Co-founder of LFP. “First, it was real about boxing … But as we grew, we realized that the need was so much larger.”
With a background in the arts, Javana helped Javana of the Organization of the Organization only to a more Dutch practice for creative practice or mindfulness, movement, and healing workshops.
“We are intentionally about embedded social and emotional learning in everything,” she says. “It is not only to throw a punch or choose a ball – it's about life skills.”

“We start by listening,” Founder Vidal Quesada Guzman. “Before we roll a program we collect ideas, collect feedback, and build along with the community.”

“This event really shows up what we mean by grassroots Equity in action,” says Javana. “We distinguish identity, lifting women's women, and directly support our community – all at the same time.”
La Famnia Project's growth is from Catalyzed by key partnership, no more vital than his cooperation with Adidas Community Lab – a program that local leaders riding lifers.
“With Adidas … Her Support was the first time we received important funding to grow our programs,” says Vidal. “That investment gave us the power to make consistency – something grassless organizations as us really need.”
For LFP is financial backing not only about expansion. It is about stability, the kind that last create, generational impact.
For those who inspired to be involved, both starters are agreed: heart comes first.
“My advice is simple – come with love and passion for the mission,” says Vidal. “Everything we do must do of compassion and understanding.”
Javana adds, “real change does not happen during the day. It takes patent, consistency, and a willingness to grow next to the community.”
What is next for la familia project?
When LFP continues to extend, one thing constantly: their commitment for cultural response, Community rooted care. Whether it is the bin in schools, Mariachi on a football field, or heal art, the Fisi of the organization is fat and wonderful to build, not only programs.
