OpenAI’s New Sora App Lets You Deepfake Yourself for Entertainment

On Tuesday, Openai Calls an AI video app called Sora. The platform is powered by the last of Openai Video generation modelSora 2, and revolves around a tickok-like for your page-generated clips page. This is the first product release of Openai that added AI-generated sounds to videos. For now it is only available on iOS and requires an invitation code to participate.
“You are about to enter a creative world of AI-generated content,” Read an advisory piece displayed during the App Sign-in process. “Some videos can connect people to recognize, but the actions and events are not real.”
Openai is betting that creation and parts of AI Deepfakes will become a popular form of entertainment.
