Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner set up another encounter in the Six Kings Slam final | Tennis news

Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner will face off in another final after both easily overcame the final four matches of the lucrative Six Kings Slam on Thursday.
After dazzling battles at Roland Garros, Wimbledon and the US Open earlier this year, organizers of this week's exhibition tournament in Saudi Arabia are hoping for another great episode when the world's top two renew their acquaintances on Saturday.
Six-time Grand Slam champion Alcaraz comfortably beat Taylor Fritz 6-4 6-2 and Sinner claimed victory by the same score over an ill Novak Djokovic later on the second day of the controversial event, which is not sanctioned by the ATP and has drawn criticism.
Sinner has made Djokovic's job easier after similar battles over the past 12 months with the 24-time major champion.
The Italian managed to break Djokovic in the third game after an excellent exchange and two aces closed the first set.
When Djokovic was broken early in the second set, the writing was on the wall for the 38-year-old who suffered a seventh straight defeat against Sinner.
Top-seeded Alcaraz, who had argued before the match that players could express themselves against a busy tennis schedule and play short exhibitions, never looked back against Fritz after a break to advance 3-2.
After clinching the opener with his second set point, a superb drop shot sealed the first break of the second set in the fifth game and five straight games sent the Spaniard into Saturday's showpiece where six million dollars would be on offer to the winner.
