Palace's opponents in the league stage include reigning Ukrainian champions Dynamo Kyiv and Cyprus Cup winners AEK Larnaca.
Alkmaar finished fifth in the Netherlands in 2024/25 and reached the Dutch Cup final, while Strasbourg finished seventh in France and are part of the same multi-club ownership portfolio as Chelsea.
Shelbourne won the League of Ireland Premier Division and KuPS were Finnish Veikkausliiga champions by one point.
Midtjylland finished second in Denmark and Porto, Europa League champions in 2002/03 and 2010/11, finished third in Portugal, one place ahead of Braga, who they beat in the last final.

Unlike the previous group stage held until 2023/24, each team now plays six matches in the league stage, all against different opponents.
The top eight teams in the ranking automatically qualify for the round of 16. Teams finishing ninth through 24th will compete in a two-legged knockout play-off to reach the round of 16.
Teams finishing 25th or lower are out of Europe for the season.
