Arsenal failed to capitalize on Chelsea's mistake at Liverpool after being held to a 0-0 draw against Tottenham in the north London derby.

Meanwhile, Arsenal's hopes are dwindling. They were Spurs' superior team by far – who offered next to nothing in the attacking third – and yet Lize Kop was never at full capacity. The goalkeeper twice denied Stina Blackstenius and recently thwarted substitute Olivia Smith with every save routine. Never before has this match ended in a goalless draw.

They were defeated by Bayern Munich in midweek in the Champions League and have now dropped 11 points in the WSL competition. No previous champion has ever won the title after conceding so many points in a 22-match campaign.
'Tottenham were ready to draw,' said Aerial sports Izzy Christiansen. “They showed no intention of winning the game, they were quite reserved. I say that in a positive sense. From Arsenal's point of view they were completely nullified – they need to improve in the final third.”
