Who is Nick Reiner?

Nick is Rob and Michele's middle child and has often spoken about his long battle with drug addiction that began in his early teens and eventually left him homeless.
In a 2016 interview with PEOPLE, Nick told the outlet that his stints in and out of rehab began around age 15, however, as his addiction worsened, he moved further away from home and spent large stretches of time homeless in other US states.
Nick told the outlet that the nights and sometimes weeks he spent sleeping outside later became the inspiration for the semi-autobiographical film Being Charlie, which he co-wrote.

“Well, I've been home for a really long time, and I've kind of acclimated to being in LA and being around my family,” Nick told the outlet at the time.
Over two marriages, Rob was the father of four children, including one adopted daughter from his first marriage to Penny Marshall and three children he shared with Michele.
