Is Paul Mescal in a relationship?
Yes, Paul Mescal is in a relationship with singer/songwriter Gracie Abrams. The two are rumored to have been an item since June 2024. However, it wasn't until a year later that they actually confirmed their relationship, with Abrams sharing a sweet snap of the two at the Glastonbury festival together in 2025.

The Hamnet star, 29, was spotted with pop singer Abrams, 26, heading to Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles for the 83rd annual Golden Globes on Sunday, January 11.
No doubt spirits were high on the night, when Paul's film took home the awards for Best Film (Drama) and Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Motion Picture Drama.
The couple were seen holding hands in love as they got out of a car for the after party.

Paul Mescal was linked to singer Phoebe Bridgers since 2020.
However, the two 'met' in 2019 via Twitter. While Paul posted that his #1 Spotify artist of the year was Bridgers, the latter had the following to say about her future beau's turn in Normal people. “Quit normal people and now I'm sad and horny oh wait,” Phoebe tweeted. Paul replied, “I'm officially dead.” Phoebe then saw Paul's reply, and wrote back, “no, don't die[‘re] so talented aha. ”
Despite the rumor that they were an item in 2020, they only officially confirmed their relationship a year later. Her first red carpet outing was to the LACMA Art + Film Gala in November 2021.
The two later made a much-memed appearance together at the 2022 Met Gala with Paul Normal people co-star, Daisy Edgar-Jones.
In November 2022, a profile piece on Paul in The Guardian reported that the couple was engaged.
Whether true or not, the engagement was short lived. Paul and Phoebe split in 2022, amid rumors of an affair between the latter and comedian Bo Burnham.
Mescal was reportedly heartbroken by the split, he said Esquire, “The only thing you're left with after love is sadness, which is, like, a sad thing, but I guess it's just a fact.”
