Angel Massie know that viewers think she threw shade by putting her Real Housewives of Potomaccastmates in a rental with spotty water, and she grabs the lead on the next episode, when Gizelle Bryant will brazenly bash her for “failing miserably” as a travel host.

What was meant to be a scenic reset in the Rockies quickly turned into chaotic complaining after the women learned that only some cast members would be staying in Massie's home, while others were being placed in a separate rental about an hour away.
Adding to the frustration was the fact that the rental property suffered from intermittent water outages during the group's stay, adding another layer of discomfort to an already fragmented trip.
On the most recent episode of the #RHOP After Show, the dismissed girls, Gizelle Bryant, Ashley Darby, Dr. Wendy Osefo, Jassi Rideaux, Stacey Rusch, and Monique Samuels, had a lot to say about the property that they felt was not suitable for a cast trip.
“From the beginning it just left a sour taste,” Monique said, explaining that the women only learned the details of their accommodations after arriving at the mountain rental. “I was so confused. I don't like going out of my home state to be with someone else and not know what the hell is going on.”
She added,
“To literally start the trip without giving a heads up about, 'Hey, this is what the accommodations are going to be,' it was hard to really settle after that.”
Ashley echoed the sentiment, calling the situation a “terrible feeling,” especially after discovering that Massie's (massive) house, where only Keiarna and Tia were invited to stay, was about an hour away.
“I'm sure there are houses that could have been nearby,” she said. “Likewise, sister, if you didn't want us to come—that would have been fine of me—you should have said so.”
Wendy was also surprised, adding,
“None of this makes any sense. I just don't understand the purpose of this trip. If the purpose of the trip was for us to see your acres in Colorado…where the hell is her house?”

Angel said the Colorado trip was originally planned as a couples trip, with activities designed for both men and women, and that she initially intended to host two couples at her Larkspur home. When plans shifted due to scheduling conflicts and limited housing availability during the peak tourist season, she decided who stayed at her home based on their comfort level.
Finally she said,
“I decided who would stay at my house based on my convenience.”
Fellow new housewife Tia Glover also came to Angel's defense in the After Show noting that Angel was in tears about the lack of water at the house.
“She felt really bad about it,” Tia said. “We can't paint this picture if she didn't put you in a house without hot water on purpose. She cried because she thinks a lot of you will think it's malicious.”
Angel also spoke about the water situation, noting that she was unaware of the severity of it until Jazzy Harris reached out.
“The only reason I knew something happened is because I talked to Jazzy and the first thing she says is, 'Girl, I'm in a house full of angry women,'” Angel said. “I was like, 'Why are they angry now?' and she was like: 'Girl it's not water.' At that point, I get off the phone with them, and I immediately start trying to figure out different situations where they can be more comfortable, because I don't want people to be uncomfortable sitting on my watch at the end of the day.
She continued,
“I can understand frustration when you wake up first thing in the morning, and you have to do something that day, and you don't have water. It's discombubalting. I have all the things I could do to make them comfortable.”

Angel expanded on her thinking during a recent appearance on Watch What Happens live with Andy Cohen.
When host Andy Cohen asked if she ever considered hosting the entire cast in her home, she was blunt.
“Never for a second,” Angel said pointedly, repeating the space limitations. “My kids and my husband were there, had plans gone originally, we probably would have all been in the same place. There just weren't enough big, big houses left.”
Andy also asked if splitting the group might affect the energy of the trip, and Angel said no, because she thought the group would kiki during the day and reset at night.
Despite Angel's explanation, Gizelle reacts harshly to the accommodations on Sunday's new episode of #RHOP.

“They don't know my husband, they don't know my marriage, they haven't spent time with us,” says a disturbed angel.
Later, Gizelle is seen venting her frustration about the accommodations.
“We were rooting for you!” says Gizelle. “Angel told us that we would stay at our house number one. She had no intentions of us staying there. She didn't even have any intentions of us staying in a house all together, right? Okay, but you have to be Miss Colorado, and you, you have ends in every pocket.

Gizelle then continues her rant via a confessional.
“I can never remember in my life, even in my 20s, when I was in college, and I didn't have much money in my pocket, living like this. We should be able to s***, shower and shave – we can't do anything about it. Angel, you've failed.”
As the ladies made it to the private jet, Angel offered an apology – but she was quickly shut down by Gizelle.
“I wanted to start by saying, I'm so sorry about your accommodations…” Angel begins.
