Luke Littler, Gian Van Veen and Luke Humphries won their first round matches at this year's Bahrain Darts Masters, in the first event of the 2026 World Series of Darts.
World champion Littler was handed a draw against first-round headliner Paul Lim, 71, in a clash of youth and experience.

Highlights from the World Championship final between Luke Littler and Gian van Veen
Second seed Gian Van Veen will look for revenge in his match against Hong Kong's Man Lok Leung – the two faced each other at Alexandra Palace in 2023, when Leung scored a stunning 3-2 straight-sets victory to knock Van Veen out of the World Championship.
Michael van Gerwen will face PDC Asian tour winner Alexis Toylo, while Gerwyn Price will take on fan favorite Motomu Sakai after the Japanese player made his World Championship debut last month.
Humphries takes on Abdulla Saeed of Bahrain, and defending champion Stephen Bunting faces, among others, two-time World Championship qualifier Ryusei Azemoto.
