Inside Paul Mescal’s plans for the future
Paul Mescal is well and truly in his lover-boy era as he revealed his plans to take a step back from his intense acting schedule to focus on the relationships in his life.
The 29-year-old, who turns 30 next month, is currently filming the new Beatles biopic in which he stars Sir Paul McCartney.

What caused his decision?

The Hamnet star revealed his reasoning during GQ's latest episode YouTube series, 21 Questions to fall in love.
“I've really enjoyed the rhythm I've been working on, but the process started when I was 23 and I'm turning 30 now.
“I can feel myself wanting to slow down a bit more and certain priorities come into play where I spend my time, whether that's with my family or with my partner or with friends.”
This insight into the actor's life surprised fans, as he rarely discusses his romance with singer Gracie Abrams, 26, who is the daughter of Star Wars director JJ Abrams.
He continued: “I've never really had a desire to spend my time anywhere else but working up to this point…
“And now I have a desire to not necessarily spend my time in a rehearsal room or on set.”
