Nigeria have the chance to upset the CAN hosts Morocco and advance to the final this evening.

Eric Chelle's side have exceeded expectations to reach the last four as they continue their attempts to atone for their failure to reach the World Cup final this summer.

The three-time champions have led the way throughout the tournament so far, scoring 14 goals in five games, with Ademola Lookman and Victor Osimhen particularly important.

They will have to do their best to defeat Morocco and a partisan crowd in Rabat.

The Atlas Lions did not display the same offensive freedom as their hosts but seemed more assured defensively. This was helped by the return from injury of star Achraf Hakimi at right-back.

Their brilliance up front has been provided by Real Madrid winger Brahim Diaz, who has scored once in each of his five AFCON matches so far.
