Lens took advantage of Paris Saint-Germain's defeat at Rennes on Friday to take the lead in Ligue 1 with a resounding victory at Paris FC on Saturday.
Inter increased their lead at the top of Serie A and Bayern Munich followed suit with victories among the results across Europe.
In La Liga, Getafe placed 10th becoming the only team of the day, apart from Real Madrid, to take three points.

Espanyol remained just above Celta Vigo in sixth in a match containing a decisive 93rd-minute goal, while Villarreal remains fourth after missing the point they needed to overtake Atletico Madrid.

Ligue 1 results: Lens ahead of PSG
After 22 games each for the top two, Lens are one point ahead of PSG thanks to a huge victory against Paris FC, who are eight points ahead of danger in 15th.
Marseille lost a 2-0 lead in their first match since the departure of coach Roberto De Zerbi and are fourth, 11 points behind PSG.
Strasbourg overtook Monaco into seventh place with their comeback, while Lille finished fifth with a draw against 12th-placed Brest.

Serie A results: Fiorentina beat Como, Inter beat Juve
Fiorentina left the Series A relegation zone on goal difference by beating Como, who remain seventh after losing for just the fifth time in the top flight this season.
Inter are eight points clear of Milan at the top after taking the lead three times to beat fourth-placed Juve, including a 90th-minute winner.
Two second-half goals lifted Atalanta to sixth place with victory over Lazio, who are eight points behind Como in eighth.

Bayern are six points above Borussia Dortmund at the top of the table Bundesliga after winning against 16th-placed Werder Bremen, who sit two points above the drop zone.
Stuttgart are fourth after beating 11th-placed Cologne, three points ahead of fifth-placed Leverkusen, who beat 17th-placed St Pauli.
Bottom team Hoffenheim are six points from safety after beating eighth-placed Freiburg, while ninth-placed Hamburg are five points behind them after beating Union Berlin to overtake their opponents on goal difference.
Twelfth-placed Borussia Mönchengladbach made 20 of 32 goal attempts in their match against eighth-placed Eintracht Frankfurt, only to lose heavily.
