Atletico Madrid squandered 2-0, 3-2 leads to draw 3-3 against Club Brugge in their first leg match at the Jan Breydel Stadium.

After struggling to find a way through in the first half, Bayer came alive for a three-minute spell in the second, with Patrick Schick grabbing both – the first with a cool finish when played through on goal and the second with a header from a corner.
