Borussia Dortmund at “address” the controversy of the kit after the fans revolt

The club's bosses have now committed to listening.
The managing director, Carsten Cramer, assumed personal responsibility for the benefits, saying to journalists: “Critics were received, and we approach it.
The sports director Sebastian Kehl was more measured, reminding fans that opinions on the design of kits are always divided.
“I think we have different opinions on jerseys each year,” he said. “It will never be the case that a Borussia Dortmund jersey meets 100%approval. Basically, we know what colors represent our city and our club, and that this is reflected in the design of almost all the jerseys.”
He added, with a touch of humor: “However, there are also people who want something younger, something fresh, something creative. The New Jersey brought BVB three points to Heidenheim. A successful jersey, I would say. Everything else is a discussion that we, as a club, consider normal.”
It remains to be seen if the kit makes another appearance when Dortmund goes to Mayin.
