The 55-year-old music icon has already spent a year behind bars in Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center. While his sentence totals 50 months, he hopes his next step can significantly reduce that time. Diddy's defense has long argued that the charges, which include “transportation for prostitution,” shouldn't even apply to him.
By condemnationHe reportedly broke down in tears, apologizing for “the hurt I caused” but insisted his mistakes don't define who he is today.
Meanwhile, social media followed suit TMZ reported that Trump was consider to change Diddy's sentence, but the White House quickly shut down those rumors. Officials clarified that there is “no truth” to claims about an ongoing commutation. But, TMZ immediately pushed back in an update to their reporting, claiming that their story about the commuting rumors was true.
“The White House communications office says our story is not true, TMZ wrote “We stand by our story. Our story is accurate.”

“Well, he was essentially, me guess, kind of half-innocent“, Trump countered NewsMax. “I don't know what they're doing, or in jail or anything. But he was celebrating a victory, but I don't think it was such a good victory.”
“We are people. We don't want things to cloud our judgement, right? But if you knew someone and you were good and then you run for office and he made some terrible statements,” he continued. “So, I don't know. It's harder. makes it more, I'm honest, makes it harder to do.”
