WWE Reportedly Bringing Back Former Champion To RAW

A former NXT Cruiserweight Champion appears to be on his way back to WWE TV if recent reports are any indication. Santos Escobar's return status has now been revealed.

The Ghost's son briefly entered free agency after the two sides failed to agree on a new contract due to creative discontent. According to Wrestling Observer Radiothe 41-year-old Mexican star would be direction AEW before things took an unexpected turn 48 hours later.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider learned that Santos Escobar resigned with the Stamford-based promotion after management made him a relatively bigger offer.
